This cocktail is quite easy to make, and it’s a very good one! Into an ice-loaded shaker, pour a double shot of gin, the juice of an orange, and some honey to balance. Keep the glass chilled with some ice cubes, but throw them away before pouring the mix. I learned this cocktail from a YouTube video; the channel was Jamie Oliver’s Drinks Tube, the bartender Simone Caporale.
